In preparation for our next big trip we are in Salem Oregon today. Our lunch stop was a little out of the way Thai food place called Mina’s Café. It was family run and Mina greeted us as we were family, she has survived all the problems Covid has brought to small business like hers. Their were only two people working and the restaurant was reasonably busy. The food took awhile and was pretty much home made but with so many Thai places to choose from it would probably not be a place I would come again.
