Salem Oregon is definitely our go to for Shopping and Restaurants, today we are going to the Sassy Onion for breakfast, it will be our first time. They are certainly outfitted for Covid, the staff is friendly and we could see lots of orders going out for takeout. The place was very clean, the food came out slow as most restaurants are under staffed due to Covid, how many times have you heard that. The portions are big and delicious, we would recommend this place.
