We are in Portland Oregon today and find ourselves at Washington Square, its one of the premier shopping centers in this area. We both use to work for Nordstrom and have always enjoyed their Café. Nordstrom of course is most noted for their retail apparel but if you have not eaten at their Café you missed out. As you would expect the service is excellent and their system of ordering first then finding a seat works well. We are greeted by a charming waitress named Sarah who was attentive and interested in us. Its hard to beat their toasted Club House for me and Angela always loves their Tomato Basil soup with half an asparagus sandwich. Don’t miss this place if your out shopping it can be an oasis.
