Back to Pensacola for lunch at McGuire’s Irish Pub, this very well-known restaurants is truly a tradition and destination for lots of locals and tourist. This restaurant is extensive with hallways and many rooms all themed. Note the picture with the moose below with dollar bills stapled to the ceiling and walls with what they say is a million dollars’ worth. The menu is huge and I decided on the shepherd’s pie figuring that being Irish this should be good, wow it was the best I ever had and the portion were big enough for two. One of the specialties is their Senate Bean Soup for 18 cents, yes you heard me right they have not changed the price since the beginning, they also bring a porter brown bread with butter that you can’t stop eating. If you leave hungry its your fault. We headed home and stopped by The Coastline Calvary Church for a Christmas Eve Church service, very friendly and welcoming.
