Part of our planning process is making sure your equipment is ready to go so we are headed to Discount Tire in Pensacola who is my go-to company for tires, mounting, rotate and balance. Not only do they give great service they have locations all over the USA. If you buy tires from them, they balance and rotate for free, if you did not purchase tires, they charge a onetime reasonable fee for the life of your vehicle. A very important part of maintenance is checking the air pressure on all tires, they deflate often which can cause handling and wear problems, they will do this for free and if you have had to check your air pressure on a dual wheels before you will appreciate their service. We arrive and they get us checked in with their friendly and courteous way. It’s time for lunch and we ask for a recommendation, the manager points down the street to a strip center where a number of local restaurants are. We look for reviews usually Yelp and see this Japanese Restaurant called Ichiban, It in a modest strip center but when we get inside it looks very nice, we are immediately escorted to a booth and find a great menu. I love Bento Boxes when they are done right and they have a lunch special that is hard to believe. The pictures below look like two meals, they are all one meal and I believe they were under $11.00, excellent place to eat.
