Fort Myers Fl 1-26-2019
The next day, thankfully it was not raining, we walk over to the office, Angela was prepared to let them know how unhappy we were and unprofessional they acted. We were greeted with a smile until Angela started in on them, Angela was diplomatic but let them know how we felt. The receptionist made the mistake of making excuses and then Angela asked to speak to the manager, oh boy she let them have it. The manager was apologetic while the receptionist sat in silence. We would not recommend this place for a number of reasons, the previous owners let the property fall into dis-repair and the new owners Thousand Trails had not started any work yet. Thousand Trails is owned by a much larger company (ELP) who generally buy distressed RV parks for little money and very slowly repair them. We have found most of their RV parks are only so-so, but if you get to stay for free (after purchase of a camping pass) beggars can’t be choosers. Don’t be fooled by Sunseeker’s website, although they may have made improvements by now. We did call the corporate office ELP and complain. Now we decide to explore Fort Myers, with lunch on our mind we head for a Whole Foods buffet.
