We heard that a must see was the Bonaventure Cemetery, I know we have talked about a number of cemetery’s on this adventure but, when seeing historic places cemetery’s go along with it. There is a sense of accomplishment in walking down these oak tree lined roads with family plots from infants to great grandparents’ side by side. The elite and famous having grand statues commemorating their life achievements. We end the day at a downtown historic building that housed a bakery, Rumrunner’s Bakery & Café, where you guessed it Angela could have a coffee and a pastry for me. Meggan was the only one there as it was getting close to closing time and there is no rest for operator owners. She had great pastries but was noted for her wedding cakes, take a look, another full day in this very historic city.
