Lake Havasu AZ 3-1-2020

Our plan today is to go for a hike, we see that there is a park not too far south of town called Sara Park. It’s over cast today and not too warm thankfully. When we arrive we see there are many different trails, we choose Sara’s Crack, who could resist, a trail with a name like that. The park itself was named as an acronym; Special Activities and Recreation Area. In the beginning the trail is broad and more like a creek bed at first, the farther down we go the narrower it gets. The walls start going up and we find places where only one person can squeeze through. It’s hard to imagine during a flash flood that you would be able to escape. The trail ends at the lake and now our return trip is all uphill.
