First Night Bend Sunriver RV- Thousand Trails 9-30-2018

Our First night was somewhat stressful due to our departure from our rental, our Landlord had his 1500 lumen spot light discovering dust in places that were probably not even cleaned before us. I left earlier to get set up in Bend Sunriver RV and Angela followed after finally satisfying the landlord. It was dark and a unfamiliar territory but I found the space and got us plugged in. It was exciting to finally get this ship on the road and start living the gypsy life style we have planned. Angela arrives with our dinner from Laughing Planet, not much conversation during dinner as we are starving. Angela would keep reassuring herself and reminding me that this is not a forever thing and the Grandchildren and children were always on her mind, I’m sure I will be hearing this throughout our travels. It’s getting cold and the management said don’t hook up the water as it will be freezing tonight. The site next to us has a roaring fire with reflections of light flickering through the forest. We would have liked to use some of the facilities but sleep was needed and the next day was full of many errands in Bend.
