Fort Walton Beach FL 12-16-2018
Today we are going on a nature walk in Mary Esther FL just outside Fort Walton Beach to Oak Tree Nature Preserve. It’s one of our first hikes in a park like this. Its actually in town but very wooded and as the word says preserved. There is color in the trees even though its December and today its in the low 70’s. I find natures patterns in things fascinating and this tree I shot a picture of looks like you are in a plane thousands of feet up looking down at interesting terrain. It’s always good to connect with nature and our walk reminded us we need to do it more often. Back at the camp (Emerald Beach RV) we fire up the Traeger again for more pizza.
