Hilton Head 2-22-2019
We are saying goodbye to Tybee and headed to Yemasee, South Carolina where there is a Thousand Trails camp site waiting for us. As I have pointed out before we do our best to stay in these campgrounds because its free with our membership. We get to Yemasee (The Oaks at South Point RV) early to set up camp and take the mini for a drive back to Hilton Head, I’ve always wanted to see it. We find a place to park, thank goodness its off season, and you guessed it a coffee shop. It late in the day and some place are closed or renovating for the busy season, It’s definitely a tourist town. We find this shop called The G-Free Spot and interesting name to say the least, come to find out it means gluten free goodies, it’s an amazing scratch bakery. It’s been raining a lot in Yamasee and big pools of water around the RV park, the weather report says it’s going to get better. The place is run down and you better be good at taking less than 5-minute showers. The sunset was great, first time the locals had seen the sun.

There must of been mistletoe in the tree.
