Lake Havasu AZ 3-2-2020

We get to move in to a new space today at Sam’s Beachcomber with power and septic, yah! The spaces are not anything special but since we are always doing things outside of the park it dose not mater much where we are parked. The inside spaces are mostly for Rver’s but on the outside circle they are mostly manufactured homes that people live full time in or probably snow birding it. We hear about Havasu Landing Resort & Casino across the lake and decide take the ferry over to see it. The loading dock for the Ferry is just down the street from the London Bridge, I know I have covered the history of it before so just click on the link. One thing I did not cover before is its a place where you can lock your love, thousands of locks are on the bridge with etched names of loved ones. The ferry Tecopa is a fairly new and very comfortable, plus a great deal for $2. The Casino is actually in California as Havasu Lake is divided down the middle, AZ on one side and CA on the other. The casino is on native land like so many casinos are these days, it is of new construction and very nicely done. The Casino is small and does not take long to see plus it is not smoke free so we spend very little time in it. The TuKukan Restaurant inside the casino has tables outside on a deck so we take advantage of that and the fresh air. The service was slow but the food was excellent, I think they were suffering from the start up blues since the place was pretty new.
