Navarre Fl 12-2-2018

Another quick trip to Destin (Henderson State Park) for a beach walk, they are right there is nothing like the sand in Destin. The sand is consisting of small quartz particles, this sand came from a process involving the Appalachian Mountains and the Apalachicola River 20,000 years ago WOW! The rains came this evening so much so that we had a flash flood alert (see screen shot below). Ok so I’m a burger aficionado and we heard from a few people that the Copper Bull Bar & Grill was the spot. Another stormy rainy night and we head north to their restaurant, don’t blink cause you could miss it, its facing the road but its a very unassuming place. Forgive the pictures as there is no inside seating and lighting outside was dim. They do have another place in Gulf Breeze with inside seating. These burgers were great. As you can see we were hungry and shot the picture after the fact.
