Another sunny day driving through the Mt. Shasta area really enjoying the ever-changing scenery, getting more a custom to driving this RV and tow vehicle. As the mountains turn in to hills and the temperature starts to rise, we know we are headed through the Sacramento Valley. The scenery is very different than Oregon farm land as you do not see very many individual farms, most are high production farms of thousands of acres and most of the agriculture you can see are fruit and nut trees. The air here is either left over smoke, dust or smog, certainly not healthy to live in.  I have not mentioned but all most everyday I’m in contact with Jason Johnson at Coachmen C Class warranty representative, working on finding a RV service company in TX that we can get the refrigerator fixed, no luck so far. Angela is looking for a rest stop we can spend the night and finds one so we head for it. The rest stop is very full we find a space next to a semi with engines running and are skeptical of how we can get the slide out in a sleep position, we can see its going to be a problem so back on the freeway to a RV park in Patterson CA called Kit Fox RV, it’s very late and the office is closed we see the list of open spaces on the door and find a pull through. Setting up is becoming more familiar and efficient, Angela is in charge of the inside and I’m in charge of the outside of the RV.
