Temecula CA, 4-6-2019
If you have driven from Palm Springs going west on Hwy 10 to LA you go through a narrow valley where all the wind turbines are, there is a constant wind blowing and gusts to 50 miles an hour are not unusual. We make it through and turn left at Beaumont CA to Temecula CA the scenic route Hwy 79. Our timing was excellent as it finally rained in CA and they were having a super bloom, the hills were alive with flowers and green. We get to Temecula and head down to the historic part of town for lunch, its busy the sidewalks are full of locals and tourists. We find a great restaurant called Goat & Vine, no we did not have any goat. The food was excellent and the service great. Down the street we found this artist Ricardo Breceda showing his incredible welding skills, whatever your imagination can dream up he can build. It’s now time to go to Josh & Lisa Trees, our nephews who live out in Temeculas wine country.
